Grisedale is an impressionist photographer based in Alberta, Canada. The Photographers Gallery Website tells us
that his work is soft focused, quiet and reduced to the barest of simple
elements. His images are the result of
experimentation in-camera while in the field and then massive editing
afterwards. He works exclusively with film and without a tripod. His images have won awards both at home and
internationally and his work is displayed in galleries such as the Royal
Alberta Museum and the Banff Centre for Mountain Culture. He has exhibited throughout America, Italy, South
Korea and Germany. He works exclusively
